BONDA

Gianni Notarnicola

BONDA is a performance that immerses the audience in a visceral meditation on time, vulnerability, and the body. Drawing inspiration from a singular, suspended moment of existence, the piece unfolds through an intricate dialogue between contemporary dance and live ambient/electronic sound. The dancer’s movement—precise, inward, and emotionally charged—evokes cycles of resistance and surrender, while the live music, performed with modular synthesizers and structured soundscapes, serves as a shifting architecture for perception.

The performance explores the role of the body as a witness and archive of experience, tracing how physical presence transforms through memory and emotion. It reflects on what happens when we consciously return to a past moment: what the body remembers, what it reveals, and how time continues to shape identity from within.

BONDA is a new creation currently in development.
In collaboration with Stefano Ferrari, aka Menion.

HAMMER

Ben Green

HAMMER is a solo exploring the encounter between delicacy and brutality, flesh and metal, human and machine.
The figure of HAMMER is a hybrid being who, through repetition and physical actions embodying “hardness,” reaches a new state of being.

PETER – A narrative ballet

Billy Barry

The story and music of Peter and the Wolf have always been a source of inspiration. By taking these characters and connecting them to people and events from my life, this solo reveals the pushes and pulls of a mind in transition—a lesson in courage and the listening of a heart that once played intimidating music, but now plays full of hope.

Music:
“Cloudbusting” – Kate Bush
“Peter and the Wolf” – Sergei Prokofiev, performed by Eugene Ormandy and the Philadelphia Orchestra, narrated by David Bowie
“Ciao/Yaya” – Bagel

Costumes: Gianni Notarnicola
